Nicholas D. Rogers

Associate
Whether you need an estate plan, are starting a new business, or have received an ominous letter from the IRS, Nicholas strives to provide methodical and practical legal assistance to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits throughout the Pacific Northwest. He strongly believes in making difficult estate planning and tax concepts accessible and understandable for all his clients, so they can feel confident in making important life decisions. His practice includes a strong focus on estate planning, trust and estate administration, federal and state tax controversy, and business formation and planning. He is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon and recently obtained an L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Outside of law, Nicholas enjoys playing recreational basketball with friends and cheering for his Oregon Ducks and Portland Trail Blazers with his son, Milo. He and his wife, Virginia, enjoy exploring hikes and breweries throughout the Pacific Northwest. And, he admits he is a bit of a nerd, with a strong passion for karaoke and collecting retro videogames as his main hobbies.
