Portland attorney and Gevurtz Menashe shareholder Amy J. Cross

Amy J. Cross

Amy’s greatest strength is her ability to connect with clients; developing trust, open conversations, and mutual respect. She recognizes that her job as an Estate Planning attorney is to first listen to each client’s unique and dynamic family story, and then to proactively craft a generational legacy plan in a compassionate and meaningful way that meets each client’s goals. She leads her clients with the firm belief that planning ahead often optimizes independence for the future and helps safeguard family wealth and relationships over time. Amy is the ultimate problem-solver, helping clients understand a complex legal process and ultimately bringing peace of mind to each person, and family, she represents.
For fun, Amy enjoys attending folk and pop bands in concert, daily exercise (walking, classical stretch, yoga, and tennis), and spending time with her family on weekend adventures like skiing, zip-lining and going out for fun, relaxing dinners. Her personal theme song is “Fight for your Right” – by the Beastie Boys.
